i wonder if i could fast after the first 2468 for two days, then start a new 2468...

or if i have to do it  24688642 and so on...

FOOD JOURNAL :

(1) can of tuna= 150 cals.
(1/2) can of canned mushrooms in water= 35 cals
(1) Coke Zero= 0 cals

CALORIC TOTAL: 185 cals

just under 200! yaaaaay...that rocks...im proud of myself...

EXERCISE JOURNAL:

30 min. of Cardio

and 2 ciggies....so yay! first day of the 2468 going swimmingly...

Hello all! This is my first entry to this livejournal! I have another one...but this is my "thin"journal...it's tracking my weight loss, weight gain, my weight struggles, etc. I am going to start the 2-4-6-8 diet tomorrow...wish me luck! 

I've been wanting to diet for years now. I've struggled with my weight since I was 12, now I'm 20...and I've ballooned to 170 lbs. Horrible. I don't look it...its all in my hips. Now I'm taking a stand and it's all about control now. I've been exercising everyday and tomorrow is the start of a new era in my life. I will be thin! 

FOOD JOURNAL:

(1) venti mocha frap [ugh]
(1) hot pocket...300 cals...

ughughugh...horrible day. tomorrow start anew!
plus exercising...so yeah...1 hour of cardio folks...

think thin. 
be thin. 
stay strong.
